1. Security posture

• All traffic to and from this site is encrypted in transit (TLS).
• Data is stored encrypted at rest on managed infrastructure in Railway's EU West region (Amsterdam, Netherlands).
• Access to production systems is role-based and limited.
• A SOC 2 program is on our roadmap; we do not currently hold a SOC 2 attestation and do not claim one.

2. Regulatory positioning

TapeOps is back-office software for brokers. Sovra GmbH is a technology provider: it is not a bank, broker-dealer, trading venue, or otherwise regulated financial institution, and it does not provide investment services or investment advice. Content on this site, including the indicative market tape, is provided for product demonstration only.
