You may browse the site and use its content for evaluating TapeOps. You may not scrape, disrupt, probe, or overload the site or its data feeds, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or use the site's content to build a competing dataset or service.

3. Market data disclaimer

Pages on this site display a live market tape. This feed is indicative only: it is a throttled public stream provided to demonstrate the product. It is not a price source for trading, and nothing on this site is investment advice, an invitation to trade, or a solicitation of any financial service. Sovra GmbH is a software company — it is not a broker, not an execution venue, and not a regulated financial institution. The feed may be interrupted, delayed, or discontinued at any time.

The content, design, and branding of this site belong to Sovra GmbH. TapeOps and the TapeOps mark are used by Sovra GmbH for its product. MetaTrader 5 and MT5 are trademarks of MetaQuotes Ltd; TapeOps is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by MetaQuotes Ltd.

5. No warranty

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site is error-free, uninterrupted, or that its content is complete or current.
